Horses4Change's Leadership Development workshop has been in full swing during this week's fabulous weather. We kept our 'talk & chalk' sessions to a minimum to take advantage of the sun and the horses.
The horses and the beautiful weather made our workshop enjoyable but not without challenge. Communication skills were tested as well as our clients ability to lead effectively in a variety of testing situations, with both their human and their equine colleagues.
